Ancestry television makers ask “Who Do You Think You Are Brucie?”, then get a surprise answer.
National treasure Bruce Forsyth didn’t do so well and didnt find it to be a nice game in his recent revelation while researching his family ancestry for BBC’s ancestry show Who Do You Think You Are? Bruce discovers his relative was a bigamist.
Strictly Come Dancing host Bruce Forsyth has already shocked BBC bosses with his ultimatum: “Secure the top stars or I’m leaving.”Now the show gave Bruce a shock in return with a letter suggesting that his great-grandad, a leading landscape gardener, had more than one wife.The eighth series of the show is due for broadcast from the end of July 2010 for nine episodes. Joining Bruce Forsyth are actor Rupert Everett, Monty Don, singer Jason Donovan, Hugh Quarshie, Rupert Penry-Jones, Dervla Kirwan, Alan Cumming and Alexander Armstrong.
